Casadei E450PMVR Pre-miling Vertical Rounding Edgebander
The New Casadei E450PMVR is a compact pre-milling Edgebander with a wide track feed and vertical end radiusing. Ideal for small kitchen and furniture workshops who have limited space – it is only 282cm long. It will produce high quality edgebanded panels. The vertical radius feature with apply 2mm radius to the front and rear of the panel as it passes through the machine giving an unbeatable price/ performance ratio for a machine made in Europe.
This Casadei E450PMVR Edgebander comes with pre-milling with diamond cutter blocks (PM version) two counter rotating blocks will clean upto 3mm off the edge to give a perfect panel edge where the glue has to be applied to obtain a perfect straight glueing line even if your panel saw hasn’t given a perfect cut. The unit is complete with extraction connection and a blower to clean the side of the milled panel before the glueing phase.
The machine has 48mm high Diamond pre-milling tools, automatic front/rear trimming cut-off, high frequency flush trimmers. It is fitted with a heavy track feed, automatic front/rear trimming cut-off saw with switchable vertical rounding, high frequency flush trimmers and the following options;
Buffing Unit
Fitted with 2 independent motors (0.16kW at
1400rpm) to guarantee perfect finishing of ABS an
PVC edges.
Glue scraping unit
Recommended for the removal of any excess glue in
the area of the joint between the panel and the edge.
